Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change-of-mind returns

Return eligibility depends on destination and product condition. Contact AuraSkin support before sending anything back. Do not return an item without written instructions.
